Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team at NGM Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and upsell/cross-sell products
  • Stay up-to-date on client products and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in regular meetings with the team to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives
  • Provide regular sales data reports to the Senior Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Approachable, empathetic, and positive demeanor with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Winning attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset with impeccable time management skills

What We Offer:

A competitive base pay with opportunities for additional commissions based on personal performance. The average pay for our entry-level associates is $800-$1600 per week. This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay.
