Position Overview:

The Media Strategy Lead is responsible for overseeing daily client engagements and managing project timelines effectively. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring the refinement and execution of overarching strategies. Additionally, the Media Strategy Lead identifies challenges and formulates solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Leadership
  • Exhibits decisiveness and insight in crafting strategies to fulfill client goals.

Innovative Media Management

  • Effectively manages relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years in media strategy (current title should be Senior Media Planner or higher).
    • Preferred experience in digital media.
    • Experience managing multiple clients and departmental teams.
    • Familiarity with planning across all media channels, both nationally and locally.
    • Experience with business analytics.
    • Proven track record of executing programs from concept to successful implementation.
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience in multimedia integrated packages.
