Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing high-profile social media accounts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Managing the organization's online presence to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

  • Directing a robust social media presence to drive web traffic and foster customer engagement.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at boosting web traffic and brand recognition.
What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Collaborating with agency partners to design, implement, and monitor both paid and organic social campaigns from start to finish.
  • Managing the editorial calendar and content creation for the corporate brand, liaising with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensuring creative execution across various projects to maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitoring social mentions during campaigns and daily interactions, escalating issues as needed.
  • Analyzing social performance metrics to identify key trends within extensive social data.
  • Overseeing social media publishing and advertising platforms.
  • Understanding business goals and tracking relevant industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identifying new opportunities for a diverse range of clients.
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on return on investment.
  • Managing the design of social media accounts, generating and sharing engaging content daily, and collaborating with writers and designers.
  • Working with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engaging with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and monitoring customer feedback.
  • Implementing new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and contests.
Essential Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective management of timelines across multiple projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
