Eaton's Electronics Division (ELXD) is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager. This role offers the flexibility of remote work options in various locations. Please note that relocation assistance is not available.

The anticipated annual salary for this position is competitive and includes eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunity Identification: Actively pursue and assess sales prospects for Eaton Electronics' magnetics inductors in the AI acceleration card and power module markets.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with key clients, including industry leaders, to foster loyalty and preference.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market studies to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, using insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Utilize existing relationships and industry knowledge to explore new markets and strengthen Eaton's market position.
  • Sales Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement targeted sales initiatives that resonate with potential customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and oversee a strong sales pipeline, negotiate agreements, and track progress to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience or a technical background in electronics components for power management.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Current residence in one of the specified job locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the magnetics inductor market, including competitors.
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Fundamental understanding of power magnetics and electronics technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client engagements.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Experience with key customers in the AI acceleration sector.
  • Familiarity with the electronics supply chain and distribution channels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
