Equinox is seeking a driven, high-energy Corporate Account Executive for our state-of-the-art location.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or Exceed Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by fostering existing client relationships, establishing new partnerships, and continuously prospecting for new business.
  • Account Management and Administration: Manage and administer existing corporate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Account Acquisition and Contract Negotiation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Wellness Calendar Planning: Develop and execute an annual wellness calendar, including events and communication with corporate partners, to expand the corporate member base and support clients' health and wellness objectives.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Support and create marketing initiatives to generate leads on a national scale, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Network and foster relationships with various contacts within corporate accounts, including HR, department leads, C-level executives, and internal influencers, to strengthen partnerships and increase business.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including existing member bases and prospective members, to drive revenue growth.
  • Club-Level Sales Strategy: Lead the club-level corporate sales strategy, facilitating daily goal setting with the General Manager.
  • Membership Advisor Coaching: Coach, train, and develop membership advisors in the corporate sales process, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Corporate Events and Workshops: Execute multiple corporate events and workshops per club for in- and out-of-club lead generation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven value-based sales experience, preferably in a corporate or business-to-business setting.
  • Leadership and Entrepreneurial Spirit: A driven, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a propensity for leadership and a passion for health and fitness.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and time management skills and habits.
  • Quantitative Metrics: Proven experience with being evaluated on quantitative metrics, with a focus on sales performance and revenue growth.
  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in E-CRM systems, with experience in portfolio management and sales performance analysis.
