About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Propose and present new solutions to clients to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong understanding of integrated security, networking, and audio-visual technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and structured cabling
- Knowledge of IP networks, low-voltage electronics, and power and communications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and CRM software
Professional Competencies:
- Results-oriented networking and prospecting
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills in one-on-one and large group situations
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Ability to multi-task while working under deadlines and time constraints
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to effectively communicate, see, hear, speak, and write clearly
- Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching and lifting of small objects
Working Conditions:
- The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated
- Travel may be required
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Commission, DOE
