Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunity Identification: Actively pursue and assess sales opportunities for Eaton Electronics' magnetics inductors, particularly in the AI acceleration card and power module sectors.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including industry leaders, to foster loyalty and preference.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, using insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Utilize existing relationships and industry knowledge to explore new markets and increase Eaton's market share.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and track progress to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience or a technical background in electronics components for power management integrated circuits (PMIC).
  • Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Current residency in one of the specified job locations.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the magnetics inductor market, including familiarity with competitors.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting sales objectives.
  • Basic understanding of power magnetics and power electronics technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience with key customers in the AI acceleration sector.
  • Understanding of the electronics supply chain and distribution channels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
