YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In the capacity of Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Zegna North America, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic brand development and executing the regional marketing framework across various channels, including both retail and wholesale sectors.
This role encompasses the oversight of all local events, in-store experiences, and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering client engagement with the ZEGNA brand, and ensuring robust returns on investment.
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is expected to possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities, demonstrating comfort in cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and includes the management of a Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and allocate budget for designated marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate on the formulation of regional marketing strategies, leveraging insights and proposing innovative concepts
  • Work closely with the headquarters team to design and validate local strategies and their execution
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and execution (Retail, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Finance, etc.)
  • Ensure all events (brand, retail, client experiences) are executed seamlessly and with a hands-on approach
  • Design activations aimed at delivering strong returns on marketing investment
  • Monitor competitive activities and identify consumer trends and insights
  • Propose enhancements to events, retail activations, and client experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with malls to maximize brand visibility through mall marketing platforms
  • Establish and leverage relationships with potential brand partners relevant to the ZEGNA brand (e.g., financial services, hospitality, art industry)
  • Design and implement marketing activities to engage clients with the ZEGNA brand
  • Oversee all regional retail marketing activations, including significant local brand events and pop-up experiences
  • Support headquarters during key brand initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in luxury marketing and event management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various organizational levels
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with a business-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior
