Job Description
Responsibilities:
Carat Content is in search of an energetic Senior Manager to spearhead the Proctor & Gamble (P&G) sector. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, overseeing content creation, and measuring the impact of innovative content-driven initiatives. You will formulate brand content strategies, pinpoint new content avenues, and cultivate distinctive entertainment partnerships for P&G. This role will provide creative, strategic, and organizational insights to bolster P&G's innovation and expansion across all brand entertainment and content initiatives.
Formulate and execute detailed content strategies that align with P&G's objectives. Identify, negotiate, and activate brand entertainment collaborations. Supervise program management, legal compliance, and planning. Direct production, implementation, and program analysis. Maintain connections with P&G divisions and key players in the entertainment industry. Discover and develop new content concepts that resonate with P&G's strategic vision. Create impactful activations and facilitate media integration agreements. Act as a cross-agency content liaison, ensuring process consistency and quality assurance.Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5-7 years of experience in advertising, with a focus on digital, social, influencer, PR, video, creative, media services, or related sectors. Strong client servicing and public speaking abilities. Proven experience managing diverse projects. Demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams to achieve excellence. Proficient in Microsoft Office and all social media platforms. Willingness to travel as needed. Collaborative team-oriented mindset. Effective conflict resolution skills. Ability to address challenging issues promptly in difficult situations.Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-110,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
