We are seeking a versatile brand marketing professional to assist with creative briefs, innovative concepts, go-to-market strategies, and project oversight.

This is a full-time, in-person/hybrid position requiring attendance in the office on select weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies from initial brief to market launch and execution for brand projects, product introductions, and special editions in collaboration with various teams.
  • Define and maintain the brand's voice and craft compelling copy to highlight essential product features.
  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas and collaborating with the creative team.
  • Analyze brand performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to extract actionable insights that inform brand strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual brand strategies and creative concepts.
  • Support the creation of brand initiatives, including influencer partnerships, activations, and public relations efforts.
  • Oversee external freelancers, managing the process from initial outreach to final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and overall management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing within the consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, including timeline and budget management.
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies from concept to execution in collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Background in packaging development, innovation launches, and comprehensive communication plans.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in concept development and copywriting.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various functional areas.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing freelancers and/or vendors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of marketing projects.
