About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns for the Brooklyn Storehouse. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across TCE and Broadwick teams to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class marketing strategies to maximize ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Drive the development of creative briefs to guide the marketing creative process and support alignment of the internal marketing teams on goals and strategies for content campaigns.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for marketing channels that drive audience growth and engagement.
- Communicate brand identity and ensure consistency across marketing communications.
- Create key project management templates to organize and align cross-functional teams.
- Track performance and monitor key metrics that align to our campaign objectives.
- Build paid media campaigns across channels, on and offline.
- Manage budgets effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 360 integrated campaigns and a track record of working on and selling tickets for music/entertainment brands for 5+ years.
- Experience with ticket selling and/or working with ticketing partners.
- Strong paid media experience, specifically digital on and offline. Skills to build and implement social advertising campaigns directly are a plus.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written English and numeracy.
- A drive to learn new skills.
- Intellectually curious with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
