Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our brand ethos and business objectives. Oversee the production of engaging content across diverse platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, manage product gifting initiatives, and oversee social media interactions to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Design and manage affiliate programs and strategic alliances to enhance growth and brand loyalty.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overarching business goals. Analyze market trends and consumer data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign outcomes, utilizing data insights to refine and enhance future marketing endeavors.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in brand marketing, particularly in social media and influencer engagement.
  • Skills: Outstanding creative thinking abilities with a knack for generating innovative concepts. Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate a team. A hands-on approach with readiness to engage in campaign execution.
