About the Opportunity

Farmacy Beauty is a rapidly growing clean skincare brand that cultivates conscious beauty. Our mission is to create effective formulas powered by potent actives, rooted in healthy ingredients sourced from farms.

We are seeking a temporary Brand Marketing department leader to drive effective 360 marketing programs for new product launches and existing core heroes in the portfolio. As a strategic thinker with a creative flair, you will lead high-impact marketing initiatives within the beauty industry, partnering closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy and Innovation

Develop and drive the innovation calendar and product marketing strategy, including product architecture and launch process.

Product Launches

Drive the ideation and execution of 360 marketing plans for new launches in alignment with cross-functional partners.

Brand Messaging and Identity

Develop and refine brand and product messaging, ensuring a consistent voice across all customer touchpoints.

Concept Development

Lead the creation of product concepts, marketing copy, claims, and education materials.

Retailer Liaison

Lead message tracking and materials for Market Week reviews with retailers.

Brief Development

Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop clear and thoughtful campaign briefs.

Social Media and Content

Partner with the Senior Social and Content Manager to create engaging content and provide strategic direction.

Copywriting and Team Leadership

Coach the Copywriter and oversee all cross-functional copy assets, while managing and developing your team.

Analysis and Insights

Analyze sales data, industry trends, product reviews, and competitive research to identify actionable insights.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional Marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Beauty industry experience is a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with an all-hands-on-deck positive attitude.
  • Able to commute to the New York office minimum 2 days per week.
  • Authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer.
Benefits
  • Estimated pay range $3,000-$4,000 per week.
