Job Summary

KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support our government customer in a Program Management position. The successful candidate will provide daily program management and oversight for all tasks and requirements associated with this contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets.
  • Contract Management: Act as a single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).
  • Project Planning: Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Deliverable Management: Submit all items to be delivered under this contract.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Administrative Oversight: Provide management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support.
  • Contract Accountability: Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables.
  • Technical Leadership: Assist in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff.
  • Procedure Development: Prepare and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and other technical documentation. Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics)
  • Experience: 5 years relevant PM experience, 10+ years of experience in mission engineering supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of government satellite systems and GEOINT mission fundamentals, experience with GEOINT processing, including orbital analysis, vehicle health monitoring, geolocation, and data collection
  • Certifications: PMP, active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Relevant Masters or Doctorate degree
  • Additional Experience: 10 years NRO Experience
