Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled program manager to lead and oversee our technical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

This role entails planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of intricate technical programs. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in technical project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractor personnel and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop project requirements
  • Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful program execution
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of proven experience in areas such as Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or training
  • 5 years of experience in leading and managing contractor personnel and deliverables
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community
  • Experience in requirements documentation, assessing customer needs, identifying dependencies, and developing project plans
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Directorate of Science & Technology clientele
  • Background in Technical Operations
  • PMP certification
  • Contract management experience
  • Ability to estimate costs and resources using quantitative analysis
  • Experience in strategic planning and process improvements
