Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled program manager to lead and oversee our technical projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
This role entails planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of intricate technical programs. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in technical project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractor personnel and stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop project requirements
- Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful program execution
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of proven experience in areas such as Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or training
- 5 years of experience in leading and managing contractor personnel and deliverables
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community
- Experience in requirements documentation, assessing customer needs, identifying dependencies, and developing project plans
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Directorate of Science & Technology clientele
- Background in Technical Operations
- PMP certification
- Contract management experience
- Ability to estimate costs and resources using quantitative analysis
- Experience in strategic planning and process improvements
