Role Overview:

As a Program Manager for IT Initiatives, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of strategic, cross-functional IT programs that align with corporate objectives. You will leverage advanced principles and methodologies to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. This role requires a high degree of autonomy in decision-making and the ability to mentor team members in both operational and technical skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing intelligence community programs.
  • Proven track record in overseeing large-scale contracts, including management of subcontractors.
  • Experience leading software development teams.
  • Familiarity with software development practices, particularly Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to manage Agile development processes to meet governmental standards and requirements.
  • Possession of a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and integrated IT services.
  • Experience with Space Ground System solutions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
