Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic planning, organization, direction, and oversight of all activities associated with the task order. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters. The Program Manager is tasked with developing practical and efficient systems to fulfill contract requirements and will collaborate closely with the Government program manager and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for any contractual modifications.

The Program Manager is also accountable for ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, leading to process enhancements that drive cost efficiency and savings for the Government. This role encompasses oversight of financial, contractual, project management, technical, and security activities on behalf of the Contractor.

Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for securing follow-on business within their areas of responsibility and contributing to new business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience (within the last 15 years) as a program manager for a program of similar or greater size, scope, and complexity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related scientific or technical field. Alternatively, must have 5 additional years of experience in program management, totaling 15 years of required experience.
  • Proven ability to document and present plans, schedules, and financial statuses.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct support of the Sponsor.
  • Experience in managing the complete engineering project development lifecycle from inception to deployment.
  • Proven track record in managing the transition of responsibilities between entities.
  • Expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources effectively.
  • Ability to construct work breakdown structures, project schedules, and allocate resources as necessary for project management.
  • Demonstrated capability in personnel management and conflict resolution.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent third-party project management certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing the SCIF accreditation process.
  • A Master's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related scientific or technical field.

Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
