Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer leadership, engineering teams, and Technical Directorate personnel to manage and document incoming customer specifications, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Design system concepts that fulfill customer operational mission requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile program management for technical development and serve as the Agile Scrum Master for the organization.
  • Coordinate design reviews, including Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR), document feedback, and ensure all identified issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating testing designs and related systems.
  • Maintain a catalog of technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, currently in development, and identify unfilled technology gaps.
  • Support the management of engineering resource requirements in accordance with customer budget allocations and mission needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a technical roadmap on an annual basis.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; a Master's degree with 3+ years may also be considered; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems engineering role, Agile Scrum Master, or similar position with the sponsor.
  • Proven experience in supporting the sponsor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing technical requirements and conducting thorough technical reviews of documentation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Preferred:
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
  • Agile Development certifications and experience.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
