Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery that meets established requirements.
  • Lead software development life cycle (SDLC) phases, including requirements development and quality assurance, and participate in change board meetings.
  • Conduct research on system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to deliver high-quality software and services.
  • Develop and update system documentation, including requirements, design, and risk management, and document system issues and resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex software development, delivery, and operations.
  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer.
  • Proficiency in leading both Agile and traditional SDLCs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certification: PMP and SCRUM Master are desired.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $125,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
