Job Overview

We are expanding our operations and seeking a motivated inside sales professional eager to advance their career. In this role, you will focus on identifying and nurturing qualified leads as they progress through the sales pipeline.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor performance objectives and essential sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure organizational targets are met.
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to convert them into qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
  • Broaden the customer base by discovering new business opportunities within designated regions.
  • Maintain an updated customer database to ensure accurate information on prospective and previous clients.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team to facilitate prompt responses to client inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role or a related field.
  • Excellent time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software as part of the sales strategy.
  • A Real Estate License is required.
