Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative Lead to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our inside sales team, supervising sales representatives and sales administrators, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise sales representatives and sales administrators to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Nucor Harris Rebar remains competitive
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the rebar or construction industry
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams and managing sales operations
  • Knowledge of the rebar industry and market trends
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes
