Your primary responsibility will be to connect consumers with real estate agents that best suit their needs for buying or selling properties. Additionally, you will manage a significant volume of follow-up communications via calls, texts, and emails to both consumers and real estate professionals throughout the process. If you have a passion for technology, software, and the real estate industry, this position is tailored for you.
As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating CRM and third-party data sources to ensure data integrity, updating information for our real estate and mortgage partners, and assessing lead qualification criteria.
- Conducting scheduled follow-ups and nurturing leads until they are ready for an appointment.
- Monitoring monthly and quarterly performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Establishing an 'Ideal Week' to allocate time effectively for goal-oriented activities.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; higher education is advantageous.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a contact center, customer service, or inside sales environment.
- Open to coaching and eager to learn; able to practice and apply call scripts and sales techniques.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to connect and empathize with customers.
- Proficient in building rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability for personal goals.
- Proficient computer skills, including navigating software, multitasking, typing, and data entry.
- Confident in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage sector is beneficial.
Work Schedule: Availability is required from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST on weekdays and Saturdays.
