As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to finalize substantial sales agreements while delivering expert insights on the Federal tax regulations to our clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in sales, particularly in high-value transactions. You should be an adept negotiator and a proficient communicator, capable of establishing and nurturing robust client relationships.

Moreover, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the Federal tax regulations, enabling you to offer expert advice to clients regarding tax planning strategies and opportunities.



Essential Qualifications for the Senior Sales Executive:

I. Proven experience in closing deals with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Business Owners. You will negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of transactions with clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored financial solutions.

II. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, along with experience in intangible financial strategies.

III. A consistent annual income exceeding $500,000 over the past five years, reflecting your expertise in closing and sales capabilities.

IV. Experience in high-ticket sales transactions on a commission basis.

V. In-depth knowledge of the Federal tax code and its application in structured transactions.

Compensation Overview:

We provide highly competitive commissions on all new sales, with potential earnings ranging from $400,000 to $2,000,000 annually. The average commissions for U.S.-based partners in this role are between $600,000 and $2,000,000. Various factors will influence the final compensation offer, including the candidate's professional background and experience.
