Wilson Hand LLC is in search of a seasoned and proficient Senior Sales Executive to enhance our sales division.
As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to finalize substantial sales agreements while offering expert insights into the Federal tax regulations to our clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of success in sales, particularly in high-value dealings. You should be an adept negotiator and an exceptional communicator, capable of fostering and sustaining robust client relationships.
Moreover, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the Federal tax regulations, enabling you to provide expert advice to clients on tax planning strategies and potential opportunities.
Essential Qualifications for the Senior Sales Executive:
I. Demonstrated experience in closing transactions with High-Net-Worth Individuals and business proprietors. Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of agreements with clients. Comprehend clients' financial aspirations and offer tailored financial solutions.
II. Profound knowledge of financial products and services, along with experience in intangible financial strategies.
III.
An average annual income exceeding $500,000 in the past five years due to your expertise in closing and sales proficiency.
IV. Proven experience in handling high-ticket sales transactions on a commission basis.
V. In-depth knowledge of the Federal tax code and its application in structured transactions.

Compensation Overview:
We provide highly competitive commissions on all new sales, with potential earnings ranging from $400,000 to $2,000,000 annually.
The average commission for U.S.-based partners in this role is between $600,000 and $2,000,000. Various factors will influence the final compensation offer, including the candidate's professional background and experience.
