CompensationSalary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance objectives and essential sales indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure organizational targets are met.
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to convert them into viable leads and integrate them into the sales pipeline.
- Broaden the customer base by identifying new business prospects within designated regions.
- Maintain an updated customer database to guarantee accurate information on prospective and former clients.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team to facilitate prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Demonstrated success with a minimum of 2 years in a sales role or a related field.
- Excellent time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel.
- Experience with CRM software as part of the sales process is essential.
- A Real Estate License is required.
