Inside Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Referral Network Team. This position is entirely remote and involves engaging with inbound leads from various digital sources, including website inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Your primary responsibility will be to connect consumers with real estate agents, ensuring the best match for their buying or selling needs. You will also manage a significant volume of follow-up communications through calls, texts, and emails to both consumers and real estate professionals.
If you have a passion for technology, software, and the real estate sector, this role is tailored for you. Daily tasks will include prospecting new clients from our database, which consists of previously engaged leads, expired listings, and active website visitors. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate CRM and third-party data sources for accuracy, inputting new information for our real estate and mortgage partners, and assessing lead qualification criteria.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, nurturing them until they are ready for an appointment.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Establish a structured weekly schedule that allocates time for activities aimed at reaching sales goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; higher education is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a contact center, customer service, or inside sales environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt; able to practice and apply call scripts and sales techniques.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to engage and empathize with clients.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Results-driven with a commitment to achieving personal goals.
- Proficient in computer skills, including software navigation, multitasking, typing, and data entry.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is advantageous.
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus.
Work Schedule:
The role requires availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST on weekdays and Saturdays.
