Position Title: Site Services Supervisor

Location: Memphis, TN

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:
The Site Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of interior spaces, as well as all related grounds and site services. This role includes leading daily operations of site projects, janitorial services, and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage activities related to Fire Safety and General Maintenance concerning Building Services.
2. Interface with external vendors and contractors, from initiating requests for proposals to finalizing budgets. A solid understanding of fire safety, irrigation, perimeter security, janitorial needs, and general construction and maintenance systems is essential.
3. Review and assist with post-construction clean-up and minor repairs.
4. Optimize operations and staffing models to enhance efficiency.
5. Supervise teams responsible for the repair and upkeep of all building components, including walls, doors, flooring, roofing, signage, and plumbing systems.
6. Conduct routine assessments of the facility to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
7. Respond to weather-related challenges, including snow and debris removal.
8. Record operational readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure equipment functionality.
9. Oversee teams involved in plumbing installations and repairs, assisting with maintenance of building systems and client installations.
10. Establish a reporting process for any issues identified during facility inspections.
11. Ensure compliance with safety protocols for hazardous materials.
12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment using various maintenance tools and equipment.
13. Develop maintenance agreements, procedures, and perform inspections related to site services.
14. Keep all necessary licenses and certifications up to date.
15. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with corporate objectives through effective supervision and mentorship of Site Services Technicians.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade School, Military experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising a facilities team with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CMP, BOMA, or IFMA.

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to pass job-related skills assessments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving equipment.
