Position Overview

As a Wind Operations Site Supervisor, you will manage the daily operations of a service site, ensuring peak performance, safety, and client satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team to embody the organization’s core values and excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a safety-centric culture at the site, driving continuous enhancements in safety metrics.
  • Empower your team to effectively operate and maintain wind turbine facilities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage expenses efficiently to achieve budgetary goals for service agreements.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and troubleshooting activities to maximize turbine efficiency.

Required Competencies

  • Strong business management skills, with experience in financial oversight and evaluating organizational performance.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and inspiring teams.
  • Knowledgeable in safety protocols, programs, and procedures.
  • Highly driven and responsible, with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and project management is advantageous.
  • Skilled in negotiation and committed to achieving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a relevant service sector.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as necessary.
  • Technical expertise preferred, particularly in hydraulic or rotating heavy machinery.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
