Position Title: SIC Electrical Foreman

Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to oversee a significant project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute new or modified electrical installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.
  • Supervise and manage the activities of assigned electrical craft personnel.
  • Interpret and implement specifications, blueprints, and job orders pertinent to the area of supervision.
  • Communicate company policies to team members and enforce safety protocols diligently.
  • Establish and modify work sequences to align with project timelines, utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and personnel skills.
  • Analyze project schedules and estimate labor requirements for task completion.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Identify and resolve work-related issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate time records for project personnel.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets established specifications.
  • Utilize personal judgment to assess information against measurable standards.
  • Work within defined accuracy limits and standards.
  • Recognize and respond to hazardous conditions promptly.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the work environment, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Possess appropriate journeyman-level experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete all required safety and job training as mandated by the company.
  • Adhere to safety and quality processes at all times.

Physical and Job Site Requirements:

  • Ability to utilize all necessary personal protective equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.
  • Work conditions may include office environments, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and outdoor settings, with frequent exposure to various elements.
  • Capability to access all areas of the job site, including elevated positions and confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform essential functions associated with this role.
  • Proficiency in operating all relevant equipment and tools safely.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, and work in confined or awkward positions.
