Position Overview

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Talent Acquisition team's efforts by managing recruitment and onboarding initiatives across our US locations. This position is primarily dedicated to the recruitment of associates and summer associates, while also providing assistance with lateral partner recruitment and business services hiring processes as needed. The annual salary is competitive and reflects the candidate's experience, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all phases of the Firm's summer associate, entry-level, and lateral associate recruitment processes.
  • Oversee the summer associate program, which includes managing orientation and onboarding, organizing social events, coordinating workflows, serving as a liaison to candidates, and conducting mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition colleagues to revise job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring uniform messaging across various offices.
  • Engage in campus outreach by fostering relationships with key law schools, including career services and student organizations.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiting agencies and candidates regarding open positions.
  • Assist in managing recruitment-related data and tracking pertinent information, including recruitment and hiring expenses.
  • Support the strategic objectives of the local and global Recruitment Committee and DEI Committee in relation to recruitment programs and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of recruitment experience within a law firm environment is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the firm while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient project management skills, including effective prioritization, multitasking, and deadline management.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving is encouraged.
