Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales or 6 months in recruitment.

- Skilled in crafting professional correspondence and engaging job advertisements.
- Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and resources.
- Experience in cold calling, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews, as well as assisting in job offer negotiations.
- Conduct thorough reference checks for candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
