Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to cultivate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the potential to advance to a Senior Account Executive and eventually a Sales Manager upon meeting performance benchmarks. We are dedicated to recognizing and nurturing future leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new leads to build a robust portfolio.
- Engage and qualify prospects through various channels, including email and cold calling.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with executive decision-makers by understanding their growth objectives and translating that insight into business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized record of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Foster and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Travel as necessary to meet client needs.
- Represent the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments, ideally with high-value products.
- Experience in prospecting and outreach, including cold calling C-level executives and launching strategic marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional listening and questioning abilities, with a strong understanding of emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
- A strong hunter mentality complemented by the ability to nurture and develop relationships, both essential for success in this role.
- Proficient in pipeline management, research, time management, and organizational skills.
- Leadership potential, with a focus on internal promotion and development of top performers.

Compensation & Benefits
With 40 years of experience in global business, we possess extensive knowledge in developing and maintaining corporate relationships. Our management team averages over 7 years of experience, with many having served for over 20 years. We work collaboratively to devise effective strategies for closing business.

Account Executives can earn an uncapped commission of 8%-10% on deals ranging from $35,000 to $90,000 for new business and $150,000 to $250,000 for repeat business. Following a comprehensive training program, the minimum earnings start at $74,000, with an on-target earnings potential of $90,000 to $120,000 in the first year.

We conduct monthly career reviews against financial objectives and KPI metrics, with opportunities for management progression after two years based on performance. Selected candidates may enter an exclusive Manager-in-Training program after two years.

Continuous training and mentorship are provided, along with access to a global learning management system and a sales mastery program. Our resources include an extensive library of sales materials, call shadowing, and coaching sessions.
