Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to cultivate new accounts and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance to Senior Account Executive and subsequently to Sales Manager upon meeting key performance milestones. We are committed to recognizing and nurturing future leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and prospect new leads to build a robust business portfolio.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, including email and cold calling.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with C-level decision-makers by understanding their growth objectives and translating that knowledge into business opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Foster and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Represent the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally with high-value products.
- Experience in cold calling C-level executives and launching strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong listening and questioning skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
- A proactive approach to both hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships is essential for success in this role.
- Proficient in research, time management, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
With 40 years of experience, we possess the expertise to cultivate and sustain corporate relationships. Our managers typically have over 7 years of experience, with many long-serving managers exceeding 20 years. We work collaboratively to develop and implement effective strategies for closing business.
- Account Executives earn an uncapped commission of 8%-10% on deals ranging from $35,000 to $90,000 for new business and $150,000 to $250,000 for repeat business.
- After completing a training program, the minimum earnings start at $74,000, with potential earnings of $90,000 to $120,000 in the first year.
- Regular career reviews against financial goals and KPIs, with opportunities for management progression after two years based on performance.
