We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to cultivate new business accounts and oversee client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance to Senior Account Executive and eventually Sales Manager upon meeting performance milestones. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating and identifying new leads to build a robust business portfolio.
  • Engaging and qualifying prospects through various channels, including email and phone outreach.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with C-level decision-makers by understanding their strategic growth objectives and transforming that insight into business opportunities.
  • Maintaining an organized record of sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Fostering and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Traveling to various locations nationwide to support client needs.
  • Representing the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in B2B or B2C environments, ideally with high-value products.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and outreach, including cold calling C-level executives and executing strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning abilities, with a strong understanding of emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
  • A proactive hunter mentality complemented by the ability to nurture and develop client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and research capabilities for effective pipeline management.

  • Sales Account Managers earn a commission of 8%-10% on sales, with average deal sizes ranging from $35k to $90k for new relationships and $150k to $250k for repeat clients.
  • After completing a comprehensive training program, the minimum earnings are projected at $74,000, with potential total earnings between $90,000 and $120,000 in the first year.
  • Regular career reviews based on financial targets and performance metrics, with opportunities for management progression after two years.
