Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distribution Development Representative to join our team at KEMET. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Work closely with the sales team to establish and implement distribution territory strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, distributors, and partners
- Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews and presentations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong network of distribution partners and customers
- Provide regular market updates and insights to distribution account managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present and moderate materials to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
