Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively present, advocate, and market products/services using compelling arguments to both existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and potential clients to fulfill their requirements.
- Build, nurture, and sustain positive business relationships with customers.
- Engage with customer leads through both cold and warm outreach, prioritizing warm connections.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries and issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Meet established sales objectives and outcomes within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales initiatives.
- Evaluate the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales performance, and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with insights regarding customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually, with opportunities to exceed six figures through performance-based bonuses.
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
- Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours.
Location Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting the position.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a sales representative.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, with the ability to foster productive professional relationships.
- Highly driven and motivated with a proven sales track record.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
- Effective relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Education:
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales role (Preferred)
