Position Overview

RaiZan Solutions is seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to join our team. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of our retail environment.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with shifts between 9 AM and 6:30 PM.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and have prior experience in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and phone inquiries.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Address customer shipping needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about all product and service offerings, as well as industry trends.
  • Utilize all necessary equipment, software, and devices effectively.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and best practices.
  • Manage customer interactions with empathy, especially in challenging situations.
  • Package shipments securely, including assembling boxes and cushioning contents appropriately.
  • Take responsibility for resolving customer packing, shipping, and printing issues.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in spelling and math.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to lift items weighing over 40 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
