Eastern National is looking for a Retail Associate with a strong commitment to service excellence to assist in our retail operations at various National Capital sites.

This is a full-time, year-round role with an hourly wage starting at $17.75. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

As a representative of America's National Parks, you will play a vital role in promoting our mission and enhancing visitor experiences. Our organization is committed to providing educational opportunities through our retail outlets, interpretive services, and publications.

The Retail Associate will ensure a positive visitor experience through friendly interactions, effective communication of current promotions, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in selecting products and suggest complementary items.
  2. Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate transaction records.
  3. Provide visitors with essential park information.
  4. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that aligns with our mission.
  5. Restock merchandise and create appealing visual displays according to guidelines.
  6. Participate in inventory management and assist with stock counts as directed.
  7. May be responsible for opening and closing the store independently.

Our team members serve as ambassadors for America's National Parks, dedicated to educating visitors about our partnership with the National Park Service.
