Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled P1 Plumber who will be accountable for the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems utilized for water distribution and wastewater management in home environments. This is a full-time position that will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems
  • Conduct thorough plumbing inspections
  • Deliver repair and maintenance solutions
  • Serve as a representative of our company, engaging with homeowners on a daily basis
  • Develop solutions and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their plumbing systems

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing field
  • Possession of a valid plumbing license in the state
  • Current driver's license
  • Proficient with technology, including the ability to navigate tablets and relevant software
  • Ambition for professional growth and interest in supervising other plumbing staff

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Prioritize safety and possess a solid understanding of safe work practices and OSHA standards
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands for various tasks
  • Ability to climb ladders, endure varying temperatures, and work in confined spaces
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving over 50 pounds
  • Work conditions may vary based on seasonal changes and project requirements
