Zephyr, a leading home services platform, is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain proper inventory, parts, tools, and knowledge in using safety equipment.
  • Mentor and train apprentices on the job, providing learning opportunities and promoting career growth.
  • Diagnose service issues, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving technical, logistical, and scheduling issues.
  • Perform quality work with honesty and diligence, following company procedures and values.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Active Driver's License.
  • Tech Savvy - ability to use tablets and learn work-related software with ease.
  • Verifiable experience in developing quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
  • Proven ability in installing, replacing, and servicing HVAC systems in new residential and commercial properties.
  • Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays) or on-call shifts when needed.
