Handyman/Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Handyman/Craftsman to join our team at Ace Handyman Services Hartford & New London. As a Handyman/Craftsman, you will be responsible for providing quality craftsmanship and customer service to our clients.

• Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywalling
• Assist with minor electrical and plumbing work
• Operate a service-based company, with most projects estimated on a time & materials basis
• Work independently, with occasional support from office staff
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, management, and office personnel

• Successful prior experience as a Handyman/Craftsman
• Ability to perform tasks without supervision
• Own standard set of tools and a serviceable work truck or van
• Current and valid driver's license
• Residence within 25 miles of our service area
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and performance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
