Job Overview

The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to serve as a vital point of contact for our existing sellers and previous clients. This position requires close collaboration with our listing agent to maintain consistent communication with current listings and to gather valuable feedback from our sellers.

Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with all agents who have shown our properties to collect feedback.
  • Input all showing data into the client management system.
  • Engage in weekly telephone follow-ups with sellers to provide feedback from showings and updates on market conditions.
  • Compile monthly feedback reports on listings for agents.
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) for suggested price adjustments.
  • Update agents weekly regarding any concerns raised by sellers (e.g., price reductions, extensions, issues).
  • Organize and confirm appointments with sellers for Tours of Homes, scheduled one month in advance.
  • Encourage Five Star Reviews and solicit referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Collect client testimonials (including photographs) and submit them for advertising purposes.
  • Launch a Market Watch Newsletter for past clients remaining in our real estate trading area.
  • Create a property inventory list.
  • Prepare advertising summaries for listings.
  • Draft and record all hotline scripts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service management (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively close qualified prospects.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
