Job Overview

The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to serve as a secondary point of contact for our existing sellers and previous clients. This individual will collaborate closely with our lead agent to maintain ongoing communication with current listings, providing assistance and gathering feedback from our sellers.

Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with all agents who have shown our properties to collect feedback.
  • Input all showing data into the client management system.
  • Perform weekly phone check-ins with sellers to relay feedback from showings and inform them of any market changes.
  • Compile monthly feedback reports for agents regarding listings.
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) for suggested price adjustments.
  • Keep agents updated weekly on any seller concerns, including price reductions or extensions.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments with sellers for all Tours of Homes at least one month in advance.
  • Encourage Five Star Reviews and solicit referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Gather client testimonials, including photographs, for promotional use.
  • Launch a Market Watch Newsletter for past clients within our real estate service area.
  • Create a comprehensive property inventory list.
  • Draft advertising summaries for listings.
  • Write and record scripts for hotline inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service management (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to engage and close qualified prospects.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
