About the Role

As our Leadership Team expands, we are seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships who will engage with entities across the recruitment ecosystem to enhance The Ladders' diverse partnership avenues. You will bolster our primary revenue streams as we grow our data licensing initiatives through comprehensive partnership agreements aimed at advancing our innovative efforts in the career services industry. Your expertise in the recruitment landscape, strategic vision, and relationship-building capabilities will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our roadmap of targets and opportunities across various platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business development within the recruitment sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue and establishing large-scale partnerships
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
  • Outstanding leadership and managerial experience, with a history of building high-performing teams
  • Established relationships with key partners in the recruitment ecosystem
  • In-depth understanding of data-driven recruitment and the demand side of the hiring landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
A Typical Week Might Involve
  • Identifying and establishing key partnership opportunities for The Ladders through existing or new connections
  • Assessing market needs, revenue potential, and strategies to advance current partnerships
  • Building relationships with prospective clients, agencies, and partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Presenting and acquiring new business while showcasing thought leadership and strong business acumen in the industry
  • Managing full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement to agreement development and launch
  • Strategizing and planning both long-term and short-term objectives to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Representing The Ladders in all aspects of partnerships, including operations, technology, execution, implementation, negotiations, and evaluations
  • Collaborating with the broader sales leadership team, revenue operations, and product teams to foster a culture of continuous feedback
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to all partners by supporting performance, evaluation, and metrics
  • Leading a team of business development managers and fostering their performance and growth
