We are seeking a skilled Client Billing Relations Specialist with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity within the Legal sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute precise invoices to clients promptly.
  • Address discrepancies in billing and client accounts, ensuring all financial information is accurate.
  • Utilize billing systems such as Aderant, TyMetrix, Serengeti, Courselink, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline to manage and optimize billing processes.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports and implement corrections and adjustments as needed.
  • Compile monthly employee billing, ensuring all internal charges and expenses are accurately documented and processed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any billing concerns or inquiries swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the billing process is efficient and effective.
  • Continuously review and enhance billing processes and systems to boost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to billing and client relations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a billing or client relations role, preferably within the legal sector.
  • Proficiency in using billing systems such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, Courselink, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, including invoice preparation, posting corrections and adjustments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Exceptional client relations skills, with the ability to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors in financial data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the enhancement of billing processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
