We are seeking a skilled Client Billing Relations Specialist with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute precise invoices to clients promptly.
  • Address discrepancies in billing and client accounts, ensuring all financial information is accurate.
  • Utilize billing systems such as Aderant, TyMetrix, Serengeti, Courselink, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline to manage and enhance billing processes.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports and make necessary corrections and adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate recording and processing of internal charges and expenses through monthly employee billing.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing any billing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing process.
  • Continuously assess and enhance billing processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and company policies related to billing and client relations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a billing or client relations role, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Proficient in using billing systems such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, Courselink, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline.
  • Strong grasp of billing processes, including invoice preparation, corrections, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Exceptional client relations skills, with the ability to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors in financial data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the enhancement of billing processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
