Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly estimating meetings and strategic CAPEX & OPEX planning meetings with Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our network and drive growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and vendors to foster strong partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement plans to close deals, utilizing market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and manage marketing content and company-branded materials to enhance our brand presence and reputation.
  • Host client engagement events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to foster a positive company culture and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • 10+ years of experience in the steel construction industry, with expertise in steel fabrication, steel erection, or general contracting.
  • Strong understanding of the construction/manufacturing/machining industry, with knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
