Business Development Director

At Page Southerland Page, we're committed to delivering exceptional design solutions that make a lasting impact. As a Business Development Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for our Denver office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with office leadership and regional BD directors to develop and execute business development plans that drive growth and revenue.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective clients and collaborators, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to convert leads into projects.
- Lead Business Development Teams: Direct, mentor, and coach Business Development Managers and Seller Doers on effective business development processes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Drive Business Development Activities: Direct and track business development activities in CRM, creating comprehensive reports that overview business development and marketing activities in the office.
- Architecture Degree or Equivalent: A degree in architecture or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
- 10+ Years of Business Development Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in creating revenue through new market growth, developing effective client relationships, and providing pursuit leadership.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $180,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, vision, dental, life, travel, and disability plans, paid time off, and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.
