Job Title: Business Development Director

Staples, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and other key decision-makers at our largest customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to support business development efforts.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
