Job Title: Business Development Director

Pioneer Management Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Denver market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic relationships and targeted prospecting.
  • Develop and execute customized business plans to drive sales growth and increase client engagement.
  • Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets, quarterly sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the development of a pipeline and forecasting process to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Present and articulate Pioneer's consulting solutions in a compelling manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and collaborate with other sales professionals to drive team success.
  • Inform the business development growth strategy through regular team selling, business development meetings, and insights on tools and resources needed to effectively manage the sales lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Develop creative new business development initiatives to increase awareness of Pioneer to current and prospective clients.
  • Actively participate in professional networking organizations and business-sponsored events to build the Pioneer brand and meet prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B solution-based selling experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Track record of selling professional services and consistently surpassing sales targets and quotas in previous roles.
  • Possesses an established professional network in the local Denver market.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and develop trusting relationships with C-suite business leaders, decision makers, and internal teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, including educating, collaborating, pushing back on, and engaging in healthy debate for the betterment of clients and team.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with CRM software.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and manage many responsibilities at one time to effectively partner with the Pioneer team to drive revenue growth.
  • Must be currently living in the Denver market and able to commute to clients across the Denver Metro Area.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-160,000 annual base salary plus a robust commission plan. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are based upon individual contributions.
